Interpreter services
We are pleased to offer Spanish, Russian and Somali staff interpreters to assist patients and their families, and are able to provide interpreters in many other languages in person or over the phone ‘round the clock. Interpreter services are free of charge.If you need an interpreter while at the hospital, please tell your doctor or nursing staff or contact our interpreters during the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Interpreters for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind or Low Vision
We offer American Sign Language (ASL), oral and tactile interpreters to patients who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or who have low vision. Every department offers Telecommunication devices for the deaf (TTY), Telstrobe flashing lights, pocketalkers and phone amplifiers at no cost. Let your admission staff know if you require these services.
