Alliance for Heart Failure Patients is a program providing education, resources and support for people with heart failure.  The patient-based program is sponsored by Minnesota Heart Clinic and Fairview Southdale Hospital. The Alliance for Heart Failure Patients will meet next on Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Conference Rooms A & B.  Sessions are free and open to the public. Registration is required.
