Tom and Gina will wed in February, creating a celebration of love. The pair helped each other celebrate in another way, too: losing weight and moving to a healthier lifestyle full of exploration in the kitchen, in the outdoors and more.

Both had successful weight loss surgeries at Fairview Southdale Hospital's Weight Loss Surgery Center, a certified bariatric center of excellence. Today, they look forward to forward to a new life together and a renewed sense of health.
