The course fee of $85 includes course materials, continental breakfast and lunch. A letter of confirmation will be mailed once we have received your registration. Cancellations on or before Oct. 30 will be returned less a $10 administration fee. Cancellations
after Oct. 30 are non-refundable.

• Identify the latest treatment guidelines for heart failure in the acute care setting
