Living with cancer can be one of the greatest challenges a person can face in the course of a lifetime. To help patients through their cancer experiences, Fairview Southdale Hospital is proud to offer American Cancer Society’s I Can Cope classes onsite beginning in March. I Can Cope is an educational program for people facing cancer—patients as well as their friends, family or caregivers. Led by Fairview Southdale Hospital oncology nurses, free I Can Cope courses offer up-to-date cancer information and referrals to American Cancer Society programs and other community resources on topics relevant to cancer patients.
I Can Cope classes meet 3 – 4 30 p.m. at Fairview Southdale Hospital, International Room. Snacks provided. Registration required. Call 612-672-7272 to register.
