We invite you to attend a presentation on our program at Fairview Southdale Hospital. Our professional medical staff will guide you through a discussion of the history of weight loss surgery, qualifications for surgery and risks and benefits of the surgery.  Sessions are held several times a month at Fairview Southdale Hospital in the Au Fait Nursing Education Room.

Directions

When arriving please park in the Skyway ramp located on the corner of 65th and France, and walk over the skyway to the hospital.  The conference rooms are two floors down from the skyway entrance.  There are elevators to the left as you walk into the hospital from the parking ramp.
