The Fairview Southdale Hospital Weight Loss Surgery Support Group is a patient-lead forum that meets monthly at the hospital. Facilitated by our staff, the support group shares experiences, provide encouragement, and education and is open to those who have had weight loss surgery, are scheduled for surgery, and those whom are considering surgery.  We invite you to attend any time.

Wednesday, Nov. 18 - Donna Ziemer MS, RD, RN, Nurse Educator for the Fairview Southdale Hospital Weight Loss Surgery Program will dicsuss the use of vitamins.

Wednesday, Dec. 17 - Annual Holiday Gathering: Bring a dish to pass if you like. Beverages and tableware provided. 

Support Group sessions take place the third Wednesday of the month from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at Fairview Southdale Hospital in the Au Fait Nursing Education Room.

Directions

When arriving please park in the Skyway ramp located on the corner of 65th and France, and walk over the skyway to the hospital.  The conference rooms are two floors down from the skyway entrance.  There are elevators to the left as you walk into the hospital from the parking ramp.
